The new heavy-duty truck 2023 Ram 2500 has been confirmed, and its release is set for the following year. Also, many rumors indicate that this generation should be more attractive, offering a very comfy and technology-filled cabin.

On the other hand, it comes standard with an 8-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive as standard. All-wheel drive is still optional on entry-level models but is standard choosing the Power Wagon.
Ram, besides the gasoline engine, also offers optional Cummins 6.7-liter inline-6 turbodiesel. This unit can produce 370 horses and 850 lb-ft of torque, translating a maximum towing of 19,370 pounds and a payload of 4,520 pounds.
Release Date and Price
The upcoming 2023 Ram 2500 should hit the markets sometime next year, probably in the first quartal. As we mentioned, Ram will make some upgrades and changes compared to the current model. We can expect a much attractive outside look and an even more stylish cabin. As for the price, it will vary depending on the cab and trim choice.
The 2500 Tradesman (Regular Cab) starts at $35,790, while Crew Cab cost extra $3,555. The mega cab is also available, and it cost an additional $12,780. The Power Wagon (2500, Crew Cab) is the most expensive model that costs $55,230.
