The way competition is growing in the midsize pickup segment in the USA and other markets and the new 2018 Fiat Toro has caught the attention of the automobile industry veterans. The model has 3 trims- Freedom, Blackjack and Volcano. However, that may not be the case with the US or Europe centric models.

Support for GPS navigation and Bluetooth will be there too. Expected safety features like several airbags, Traction Control, Tire Pressure Sensor, and Electronic Stability Control. More advanced and radar-based safety features may be optional. Features like sunroof and leather-wrapped steering wheel may be there along with the optional premium sound system.

FCA has not said much about exact engines that will be used in 2018 Fiat Toro pickup. It may so happen the engines used in the Latin market version will be used with some modifications. However, the company may also opt for absolutely new engines to comply with US emission norms. So, both gasoline and diesel engines may be used in the truck.
The rumors circulating around that will have 1.8-liter E-Torq Flex 4-chamber motor or 2.0-liter Multijet turbodiesel engine. The first one is capable to produce 138 hp, while the 2.0-liter engine makes around 170 hp.
