It seems like GM is bringing back a familiar nameplate, as 2019 Chevy Kodiak. This was a medium-duty truck produced for full three decades. The original version came way back in 1980. The last, third generation was present between 2003 and 2010. After some time of the break, this model will come back, probably as a special variant positioned somewhere among Silverado 4500/5500 models. So far, we don’t have many details about the new truck, but we are pretty sure that this will be a highly capable truck, with numerous options in the offer.

This unit powers many truck versions of the famous Silverado and in all versions comes with the same specs. A max power goes around 350 horsepower and 700 pound-feet of torque.
